About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account & Finance Manager to lead the financial management of our multinational manufacturing operations. The role demands a strong background in manufacturing finance, compliance, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily financial operations of the company.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, including assistants and accountants.
• Coordinate with external service providers for tax, audit, banking, and investment activities.
• Ensure ERP-based inventory accuracy by reconciling with physical stock counts.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies.
• Mitigate financial risks, including insurance coverage planning.
• Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.
• Provide accurate financial insights for senior executives to support short- and long-term decisions.
• Oversee product costing and pricing.
• Prepare, review, and present monthly and annual financial reports to the Finance Head and Group Finance Department (GFD).
• Ensure compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting software and financial technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MBA, preferably with a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Chartered Accountants
• Experience: 5–7 years of strong experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry (MNC experience preferred).
• Skills:
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
