Dexin Manufacturing Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (DEXIN) is a growing manufacturing company committed to operational excellence, quality standards, and continuous improvement. The company is seeking a competent and proactive Deputy Factory Person In Charge (DFPIC) to support factory operations and ensure efficient production management.

Qualification

• Education: Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharma, Nutraceutical, or related field
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical production

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and manage daily factory operations to achieve organizational goals while providing regular updates to the Factory PIC and recommending result-driven improvements.
• Develop and implement clear operational guidelines and policies for subordinate staff.
• Assist in managing production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate with Finance, R&D, and Quality Assurance departments for aligned production planning.
• Prepare and present daily performance reports to the Factory PIC, including operational issues and recommendations.
• Resolve operational disputes efficiently while maintaining a collaborative working environment and keeping management informed.
• Support compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager and KSM.
