Position Details

• Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)
• Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Reports to: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle and coordinate with international clients.
• Provide regular follow-ups and updates on selected candidates.
• Prepare demand letters and upload required documents on online portals.
• Maintain and update tracking records of candidates’ visa status and flight details.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met in coordination with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client coordination, recruitment, or business development (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
