Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store In Charge to manage end-to-end store operations at our Matatirtha Factory. The role involves overseeing receipt, storage, issuance, and control of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods support materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials (RM, PM, spare parts, FG support).
• Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions in ERP (Odoo).
• Maintain documentation for GRN, gate entries/passes, stock registers, and reports.
• Track consumption, ageing, and stock movement to support production efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience: 1–2 years in store/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP (Odoo preferred).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to manage stock accuracy and compliance.
  • Team coordination and multitasking ability.
