Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage a motivated sales team to achieve monthly targets.
✅ Conduct daily and periodic meetings to review sales performance.
✅ Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to final vehicle delivery.
✅ Oversee vehicle sales, financing, and inventory management.
✅ Organize in-store and external marketing events for business growth.
✅ Maintain showroom standards and ensure compliance with sales processes.
✅ Monitor and analyze sales trends for business improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 5 years in auto sales & customer relationship management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
✔️ Industry Preference: Automotive (Two-wheeler preferred).
✔️ Skills: Leadership, customer relationship management, analytical thinking, and time management.
