Key Competencies & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales Manager in the printing and packaging materials industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities in the printing and packaging industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
