Power Construction Corporation of China Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in the Human Resources Department for our operations in Mailung, Rasuwa, Nepal.

Job Description:

As a Management Trainee in our HR Department, you will receive comprehensive training across various HR functions while supporting the day-to-day operations of our project site’s human resources activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for project staff
  • Support employee relations and welfare activities at the project site
  • Help maintain personnel records and HR documentation
  • Participate in training and development program coordination
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Help coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on workforce matters
  • Contribute to health and safety initiatives
  • HR management operate and control through the HRMS system
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Basic knowledge of Nepali labor laws preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced excel
  • Willingness to work in a remote location
  • Positive attitude, growth mindset, leadership skills
