About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager to oversee data management, reporting, and system integration across all departments. This role is critical in ensuring accurate information flow, supporting decision-making, and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor MIS systems across departments.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• System Integration & Process Improvement
  • Coordinate with production, sales, finance, HR, and supply chain teams to streamline reporting.
  • Implement digital tools and dashboards to improve efficiency.
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements in information flow.
• Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure MIS practices align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits and compliance checks with accurate documentation.
• Team Collaboration & Training
  • Provide guidance and training to departmental staff on MIS tools.
  • Foster collaboration across departments for effective data utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: At least semi-qualified CA/ACCA/ICAN, or equivalent qualifications in Management, IT, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in MIS, data analysis, or management reporting (FMCG/Manufacturing preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/MIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage cross-departmental reporting and deadlines.
