Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Jar Operator to join our production team at the Matatirtha Factory. The role involves operating jar filling and sealing machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor jar filling and sealing machinery.
• Perform regular quality checks on filled and sealed jars to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in storage and handling of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support production activities in the absence of other helpers.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or factory manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: School-level education or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a factory or production environment.
• Skills:
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of production machinery
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
