We have Executed several projects such as water supply and water treatment plants, roads, bridges, airport, hydropower, irrigations projects in Nepal and Bhutan.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Protection Engineer to ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and health protection in our construction operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering
- Additional HSE certifications are a plus
Experience:
- Total 12 Years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in Construction Health, Hazards
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing safety protocols
- Proven track record in environmental protection management
Essential Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of Occupational Safety and Health guidelines
- In-depth knowledge of construction site safety requirements
- Familiarity with environmental protection standards and regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Train staff on safety procedures and environmental protection measures
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain documentation of safety records and environmental compliance
- Lead emergency response planning and implementation
