Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the financial management, compliance, and reporting functions of Brij Himalayan Spring Pvt. Ltd. The role requires strong leadership in budgeting, taxation, audit coordination, and financial planning to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Oversee accounts, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of financial records.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor expenses, cost controls, and profitability.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance/Management or professional qualification (CA/ACCA preferred).
• Experience: Proven track record in a similar senior finance role within FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS) and tax regulations
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
