Electrical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional who is focused, committed, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a results-driven mindset with a proactive “can-do” attitude for an MNC.
Key expertise includes:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical AC/DC Motors, ACBs, VCBs, distribution panel boards, automation engineering, and utility equipment such as transformers, generators, chillers, and compressors.
- Hands-on experience in the operation of Injection/Compression Molding Machines, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proficiency in developing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, AC/DC drives, and automation systems.
- Computer literacy is essential.
