Salary Range: NPR 15,000 – 22,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Digitization & Document Management Interns/Assistants to support our corporate office in transitioning to digital record-keeping. This fixed-term role (3–6 months) offers valuable exposure to document management systems, digital transformation, and organizational compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan and digitize paper documents using scanners and OCR tools.
  • Index, classify, and organize digital files systematically.
  • Maintain document naming conventions and folder structures.
  • Upload and manage files in the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Ensure document accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
  • Retrieve documents as requested by staff or management.
  • Follow organizational and legal record-keeping protocols.
  • Backup digital files to prevent data loss.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
  • Support colleagues with document retrieval and digital filing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
    • Good computer skills (MS Office, file management).
    • Familiarity with scanners, OCR, and document management systems.
    • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
    • Knowledge of document security and confidentiality practices.
