Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve defined sales objectives.
• Build relationships with Dealers, Lighting Designers, Architects, and Interior designers and expand the customer base.
• Monthly reporting of competition activities.
• Plan and execute Dealer and Architecture meets periodically.
• Initiate electrician program in consultation with the Head Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles in the lighting industry or related fields. (3 years minimum).
• Professional knowledge and experience in a B2B environment.
• Fluency in the local language.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel within the state or outside at times.

Pay: As per industry standards but no bar for the deserving candidate for this role.
