Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
• Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand business contacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Fresher students are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital, broadcast, and print.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
