Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Inventory Assistant to support factory-level accounting and inventory control activities. The role ensures accurate ERP postings, stock tracking, and coordination between production, store, and finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily stock entries, GRN, material issues, and finished goods receipts.
• Assist in monthly physical stock verification and report variances.
• Enter purchase bills, record local expenses, and manage petty cash.
• Support audit preparation, VAT filing, and stock valuation.
• Maintain production records, BOM monitoring, and wastage tracking.
• Coordinate between production, inventory, and finance teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBS/BBA preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Understanding of FIFO and inventory-account linkage
  • Coordination ability and multitasking in a factory environment
