As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and technically savvy professional to join our team as Manager – Cloud & Data Center Solutions.


Position Overview

The Manager – Cloud & Data Center Solutions will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering customized cloud, colocation, cybersecurity, and managed infrastructure solutions.

This role is ideal for a high-performing technology sales professional who understands enterprise IT environments and excels at consultative solution selling.


Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities across key industry verticals including BFSI, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Telecommunications, and Large Enterprises.
  • Promote and sell cloud services, colocation services, backup solutions, disaster recovery services, managed infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop and execute account acquisition and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement
  • Understand client business and technology requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations, solution demonstrations, and business discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation, closure, and account management.
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and project delivery teams to design optimal customer solutions.
Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Managers, Digital Transformation Leaders, and C-level executives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on cloud adoption, digital transformation, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, cybersecurity developments, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to business growth strategies.

Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s Degree and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, cloud sales, data center solutions, managed services, cybersecurity solutions, or system integration services.
  • Proven experience in selling one or more of the following:
    • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
    • Software as a Service (SaaS)
    • Backup as a Service (BaaS)
    • Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)
    • Colocation Services
    • Managed Services
    • Cloud Migration Solutions

Required Competencies
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data center infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
